Do the posters come framed?

All our posters are sent unframed. This keeps shipping costs lower and lets you choose the perfect frame to suit your space.
If you’d like us to supply a frame, we can arrange this for an additional cost — just reach out to us before ordering.

What sizes do you offer?

Most of our designs are available from A5 through to A1.
This means you can choose something small for a shelf or a large statement piece for the wall.

Where are the posters printed?

We use a trusted global print-on-demand provider with 27 print facilities worldwide. Your order is automatically routed to the printer closest to you — which means faster delivery, lower shipping fees, and a lighter footprint on the planet.

What paper do you use?

Every poster is printed on premium, matte, museum-quality paper. It’s 200 gsm, uncoated, and FSC-certified (or equivalent) to ensure both durability and sustainability.

Can I customise my order?

Yes! Many of our prints can be customised. You can request:

  • A different colour palette to match your space

  • Alternative fonts for editable text

  • Personalised details (like a child’s name or birth information)

A small customisation fee may apply. Get in touch and we’ll happily talk through your ideas.

How long will delivery take?

Because your order is printed at the facility closest to you, shipping is usually faster than traditional international delivery.
Timelines vary by location, but most orders arrive within 3–5 business days.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

As each order is made to order, we can’t accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or with a print error.
If something isn’t right, please contact us straight away. We’ll always work with you to make it right, whether that means a replacement or a refund.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Thanks to our global fulfilment network, we can deliver almost anywhere in the world.

Do you work with classrooms or bulk orders?

Absolutely. Our prints are loved in classrooms, early learning spaces, and child-focused organisations. If you’d like to place a larger order, send us a message and we can provide custom pricing.
