At Little & Good, every order is made just for you. Our prints are carefully produced using trusted global print partners so they arrive looking beautiful and ready to be loved. Below you’ll find details on how we ship and how we handle returns.
Shipping

Production & dispatch
All posters are printed on demand and sent directly from one of our 27 global print facilities. This means your order is automatically routed to the printer closest to you, helping to keep delivery fast, costs low, and our footprint lighter. -
Delivery timeframes
Timelines vary by location, but most orders arrive within 3–5 business days after dispatch. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way. -
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout. We also offer free shipping on all orders over $100 NZD. -
Framing
All posters are shipped unframed to keep shipping safer and more affordable. This also means you can choose the perfect frame to suit your space. If you’d like us to arrange framing for you, please contact us before ordering — we’re happy to help (an additional cost applies). -
International shipping
Yes, we ship worldwide! Thanks to our global network, most destinations are covered. If you’re unsure about your location, reach out and we’ll check for you.
Returns & Refunds
Because each order is printed on demand, we can’t accept returns or exchanges if you’ve changed your mind or ordered the wrong size. Please choose carefully when selecting your design and size.
That said, your happiness matters to us. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please email us at hello@littleandgood.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund straight away — no fuss, no stress.
Custom Orders
For customised designs (such as personalised posters with names, dates, or colour changes), please double-check all details before placing your order. We can only replace or refund personalised items if they arrive damaged or incorrect.
